Capture your 'current state'

Most organisations have no visibility into what's *actually* going on. The first step is to get a snapshot of work on an individual, team or organisational level (depending on your goals.)

  • Build roles by grouping bundles of work. Import, use a role template, or add manually. Think of it as a dynamic job description.
  • Add tags to categorise work, and the weekly hours spent on each bundle of work. This is to better understand what kind of work it is.
  • Create roles for any teams or departments where you're looking to make change or gather data.

Uncover inefficiencies and missed opportunities

Using filters, comparisons and insights, you'll quickly flag areas that need attention, whether it be for a role, a team or organisation-wide.

  • View insights into productivity, energising work levels and workload sustainability - at a glance.
  • Use the smart filtering system to drill down into inconsistencies and risks within the organisation - or quickly view employees with specialist capabilities for project work.
  • Assess areas across teams and roles that could be optimised - are the right people working on the right work at the right time?

Make changes and improve

Scenario plan with draft roles, teams and orgs to redesign work and test potential solutions for those opportunities and risks identified.

  • Adjust workloads and reduct costs by reducing, reallocating or stopping work tagged as low-value or administrative.
  • Increase productivity by prioritising work tagged as strategically important and energising.
  • Map draft scenarios to test role changes that will optimise for budgets, workloads and engagement.
  • Measure the impact of role changes by comparing insights before and after, or comparing productivity / burnout stats between two roles or teams.
