Capture your 'current state'

Most organisations have no visibility into what's *actually* going on. The first step is to get a snapshot of work on an individual, team or organisational level (depending on your goals.)

Build roles by grouping bundles of work. Import, use a role template, or add manually. Think of it as a dynamic job description.
Add tags to categorise work, and the weekly hours spent on each bundle of work. This is to better understand what kind of work it is.
Create roles for any teams or departments where you're looking to make change or gather data.
