30 years ago work and the people doing it were predictable, roles were homogenous, and workflows were static. But today work, team and personal priorities change constantly. Businesses are consciously or unconsciously already redesigning work regularly as people change roles, get promoted, take leave and more - but it's usually reactive and chaotic. Beamible is leading the way with a strategic and data-led approach.
Co-founders and Co-CEOs, Stephanie Reuss and Victoria Stuart, are long time friends who have always shared a feeling of frustration and discontentment with the outdated and broken work model that’s been around for centuries. Why are all roles created the same when people have such different needs? How can leaders improve productivity when there’s no visibility into the work being done? Why are we operating organisations with this huge blindspot?!
They wondered, ‘If this model is broken, and we definitely won’t be planning work in this static, outdated way 10 years from now… what’s the better way? Why not us? They resolved to fix it, or at least to try!’
And Beamible was born.
They started listening hard to People and Culture executives, CEOs and workers on the front line. Hearing these frustrations from all angles led to a realisation: “there’s no need for this to be so hard. If we just had visibility into what work is being done, and alignment that it’s the right thing, work that our valuable humans should be doing, we can quickly pinpoint inefficiencies, organisational drag and uncover the solutions to optimise. [NEW PARA] So many questions followed but with the help of our brilliant partners, very special leaders we get to call clients, we continue to co-create solutions to bring clarity to this once messy great unknown.
Today Beamible is helping organisations get deep, human-centred intelligence about their workforce which gives HR, AI leaders and GMs the data insights to navigate HOW to realise EBIT returns on AI investments and free humans to do the work that matters most.
