SURVEY: Covid-19 has taken flexibility mainstream — but are managers ready?

The results of our survey with Circle In are here.

The wide-scale Working From Home experiment — created in response to Covid-19 — has sparked a clear shift in people’s desire for flexible working. They want to choose how, when and where they work. It’s not just for working mums any more. People don’t want to go back to business as usual.

However, 54% say their managers aren’t yet fully equipped to lead flexible teams. When it comes to sustainable flexibility, closing this skills gap will be vital.
